TYA Foundation Course
Yoga is about much more than perfect posture. It comes with a rich and challenging philosophy that stretches back over 5,000 years.
It is a philosophy that allows us- in our time- to make the eternal human quest for our unique place in this vast universe, while paradoxically discovering our oneness with each other.
The TYA Foundation Course explores this philosophy as well as Yoga’s rich history. Alongside this, we delve deeply into the facets of Yoga asana (postures), pranayama (breathwork), yama and nyama (ethics a values), pratyahara, dharana and dhyanam (the process of meditation) that all lead to samadhi (Oneness).
