There is an intimate relationship between your breath and your mind. When your mind is centred and quiet, so is your breath. When your mind is turbulent, your breathing becomes disordered.
If you have never done yoga before, or you feel overwhelmed about starting in a group class, the one to one session will give you the opportunity to be introduced to yoga step by step , asking questions and looking more closely at what takes place in a group session. Also included in this is a free month’s pass to all my yoga classes.
