As the Buddha suggested, consider it, try it, but pay attention, listen to your body: pain is often a great signal that something isn’t right. Remember no one knows you as you know yourself.
Beginners are always welcome
Please get in touch with me before your first class to discuss your needs. Wear comfortable clothing, bring a mat, water and a blanket for relaxation. For the benefit of the whole class I do ask to turn your mobile off when you arrive.
